Welcome to Kombo88. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kombo88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at kombo88.cam.

• You must register using your own accurate and verifiable personal information. The use of false, misleading, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited.

Kombo88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, regardless of when non-eligibility is discovered.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Kombo88 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of this information and must notify Kombo88 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any and all activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. Kombo88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your credentials.

Kombo88 may contact you via the email address or phone number registered on your account for the purpose of account verification, security alerts, promotional communications, or regulatory compliance. It is your responsibility to ensure these contact details remain up to date.

By using the Kombo88 platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will access the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry a financial risk and that the outcome of any game or betting market is uncertain. You agree to participate at your own risk.

Kombo88 reserves the right to void bets, restrict game access, or suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of any of the prohibited behaviours listed above, pending investigation. The Platform's decision in such matters, while made in good faith, is final.

Kombo88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and all participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or equivalent for crypto deposits).
• E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, subject to your bank's processing times.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes. Network fees are borne by the Player.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full refund of the deposited amount.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified account identity.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Kombo88 may request identity documents including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and payment method ownership evidence.
• Processing times for withdrawal requests: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers — 1–3 business days; USDT TRC20 — subject to network conditions.
• Kombo88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by payment providers or banking institutions are solely the responsibility of the Player.
• Withdrawal requests involving uncleared Bonus Funds or unfulfilled wagering requirements will be held until the relevant conditions are met.

Kombo88 offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and special event offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. The general principles governing all Kombo88 bonus offers are as follows:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as stated in individual promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is fulfilled, Kombo88 reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash directly.
• Kombo88 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including in cases where abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of bonus terms is suspected.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including through the creation of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or deliberate low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets, live football, and esports available on the Kombo88 platform. Game-specific rules for casino titles are governed by the rules published within each individual game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Kombo88 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed, except in the case of a clear and demonstrable system error.
• In the event of a bet being placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest error, Kombo88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake at the erroneous odds.
• Live in-play betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and esports — are subject to real-time suspension during play, particularly around goal events, red cards, and other market-sensitive occurrences. Bets accepted before a suspension event are honoured; bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport's rules, bets will be settled according to the governing sport's standard settlement rules.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet amounts per market are published within the Platform's sportsbook interface. These limits may be applied per Player at Kombo88's discretion, particularly for high-value accounts or unusual betting patterns.
• Kombo88 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any Player, without obligation to provide a reason, where the Platform determines this is necessary for operational or risk-management purposes.

Kombo88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting Players from the potential harms associated with excessive or problem gambling. The following responsible gambling provisions form a binding part of these Terms.

• Age Restriction: All Players must be aged 21 or above. Kombo88 will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform and enforces strict age verification procedures.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure maximum loss limits per day, week, or month. Once reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the account remains dormant and no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being received and processed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kombo88 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity, age, or financial information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any other activity contrary to law.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting known or suspected software errors, vulnerabilities, or RNG anomalies to generate profit.

Kombo88 reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• The Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false age information;
• The account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory enquiry, or financial dispute;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of games and markets.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's violation of these Terms, Kombo88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed for non-violation reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or death of the account holder) will be returned to the Player following KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering conditions.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our 24/7 live support team or via their account settings. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

All content available on the Kombo88 platform — including but not limited to the Kombo88 brand, logo, trade dress, website design, software, graphics, game assets, text, promotional materials, odds compilations, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kombo88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any right to sublicense, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Kombo88's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Kombo88's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kombo88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or expected savings;
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity;
• Losses arising from technical errors, service interruptions, or system downtime not caused by wilful misconduct;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials;
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by Kombo88's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Kombo88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration information, financial transaction records, KYC documentation, gameplay history, communication records, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers.
